Hop Splicer Negroni


  • 1 bottle Hop Splicer XPA
  • Ice cubes
  • 30mL London Dry Gin
  • 30mL Campari 
  • 30mL Vermouth Rosso 
  • Grapefruit (peeled) 


  1. Throw a handful of ice cubes into a highball (glass)
  2. Add London Dry Gin, Campari and Vermouth Rossa and stir well
  3. Fill the rest of the glass with Hop Splicer XPA
  4. Garnish with grapefruit peel
