
In June 2018, we will open the Stockade Brew Co Barrel Room, a place for people to join us on our journey, as we continue to explore the world of beer. Located in Australia’s up and coming craft beer capital, the Marrickville based venue features a 10-metre long bar made from reclaimed oak barrel staves, a 14-seat analysis room and working microbrewery. Woodford Reserve Kentucky Bourbon Barrels are scattered throughout the space, with a total of 200 oak barrels housing the liquid which will eventually become part of our ever-growing collection of oak-aged beers.
On tap you’ll find the complete Stockade core range as well as a revolving roster of soon to be legendary limited-edition signature beers. We’re also barreling and pouring a revolving line-up of red and white wines and a few choice hop-infused cocktails.
Of course, you won’t go hungry at the Barrel Room – we’ll fill your belly with month-long residencies from some of Australia’s finest food trucks bringing bespoke menus developed in collaboration with our senior brewer, Dan Fardon, to feature a wide range of Stockade beers and exciting new concoctions.
