To brew, we used biscuity sweet English malt, wheat and oats, then added a ridiculous amount of coffee beans, cacao nibs and vanilla beans. To top it off, we added a hint of cayenne chillies to give a subtle background heat – because chilli and chocolate are a match made in heaven.
