Red Light Robot Red IPA (June, 2016) HOPPY - AROMATIC - FULL FLAVOURED - COLOURFUL

Red Light Robot has a huge flavour hit with strong scents of toasted malts and aromatic resinous US hops. This brew has a magnificent velvety dark red colour from the addition of black malts. Pull the shades and dim the lights, ‘cause this beer will have you rockin’ like Red Light Robots.

This red IPA uses four different hop varieties which have been added in across three stages of the brewing process. We used mostly Pilsner malts and threw in a few black malts for flavour and colour.

HOPS: Centennial, Citra, Columbus, Simcoe

MALT: Pilsner, Black

YEAST: American Ale

IBU: 50

ABV: 6.2%
