Brewed like a bold stout with maximum sessionability in mind then syphoned off to Kentucky Bourbon Oak Barrels, Rockafella offers a lighter body and lower alcohol content than expected in a traditional barrel-aged stout. Its rich flavour comes from a mix of Pilsner, Crystal and Rye malts and the bourbon notes it’s picked up from spending several months in barrels.
