Two Bridges Passionfruit Session IPA (October, 2017) PASSIONFRUIT - CITRUS - MALT BASE - SESSIONABLE

This collaboration with Brazilian brewery Dádiva brings together the cities of Sydney and São Paolo. This highly sessionable IPA is a total passionfruit-fest.

Two Bridges gives a burst of tropical fruit flavour and a lick of citrus – from a careful combination of hops and a hefty dose of passionfruit. Expect a bright coloured beer with full-on passionfruit on the nose.

For the Beer Geeks

We brewed an easy-drinking India Pale Ale using traditional Australian hops balanced with a classic malt base. We then accentuated the passionfruit flavour and aromas found in these Aussie hops with actual passionfruit.

HOPS: Magnum, Galaxy, Vic Secret


MALT: Pilsen, Oat Flakes, Wheat Malt, Caramel Pils

YEAST: WLP 1318


IBU: 38


ABV: 4.9%
