Brewer’s notes:
Chose not to add hops during the boil, instead held these back until whirlpool to get the highest concentration possible and still deliver a pretty low IBU. Then dry hopped in two separate doses, one early and one late. Used more than 40% oats and unmalted wheat for a velvety mouthfeel with significant haze.
